The literary education teaching materials should be functional at motivating learners' interests in literary works and let them discover the principles of life through them. But present literary education teaching materials are not functional. Most of all, that's due to the logic of literary scholarship over the procedure of selecting materials in literary education. Literary educational materials consist of works written in 1930s, most of them are far away from the experiences of contemporary learners. It has made the crisis of learner' empathy with them in literary classroom. This essay suggest the 'bildunspoem' as new literary teaching materials in order to resolve this problem. Bildungspoem corresponds to the spirit and psychology of learners as it shapes internal landscape of the spirit development from childhood to mature being. According to the theory of psychoanalysis, a child pays strong attentions to the mirror because it reflects the specular image similar to himself. Bildungspoem plays the role as a mirror in literary classroom. In other words, it motivates effectively the interests of learners in literary works because it reflects the specular image of spiritual development progress of person. Bildungspoem has following characteristics. First, it includes character of instincts, and a narrator who always keeps eyes to him. And it's character experiences the spiritual development thorough the anxiety about depending from his parents. Human is destined to experience the dependency from his parents, its necessary path makes human spirit suffer the anxiety. But its path make human as mature being. Third, it shapes the stage of having social identity of the character. So bildungspoem shapes the progress from instinct to social identity. Literary education should take care of the spiritual and psychological characteristics of learners. Therefore, it should present the literary works which have characteristics similar to learner's. Bildungspoem is a kind of them, so it has the possibility to resolve the crisis of literary classroom.
