Reading instruction is now facing a serious crisis. When I make an observation about reading instruction, I conclude that most teachers freely interpretate about reading curriculum content, replace instructional theory with reading instructional theory. This crisis is result from being absent the criteria of reading instructional evaluation. We develope the analysis framework of reading instruction which reading specialist, supervisor, reading teacher approve of. I keep reflecting the balance of reading aspect, instructional aspect in the reading instructional framework. I base reading analysis element on the process-based reading theory and instructional analysis element on the instructional theory. And then I set in array reading and instructional element on the flow of reading instructional process. As a result, I develope an efficient reading instructional analysis table. I propose efficient reading instructional object.
