Accomplishments of PSAT

Abstract
Kim, Myeong-seok After IMF relief loan at 1998, the Korean Government realized the necessity of making government officials knowledge-oriented and more logical, more critical, introduced Public Service Aptitude Test(PSAT) as the primary examination for recruiting junior administrative officials since 2004. PSAT is composed of three fields, Language and Logic, Date Analysis, logical evaluates Situational thinking reading Judgement, ability. In all of particular, comprehension, logical which evaluate Language and construction learning and Logic Field and inference, critical thinking. After introduction, PSAT brings several positive results as follows: reduction of examination preparation method of exam to critical burden period, changing reading and logical and debates, increase of concern in public educations such as the liberal arts course of college.
