This article is intended to research writing education for critical literacy development centering on critical-biography(評傳). Thus this article mentioned point of view about critical-biography writing and its necessity, strategy, practical method. Critical-biography writing education ought to contribute learner's personality development through not a great subject, special career subject but total understanding, interpretation, evaluation about others' life Critical-biography writing is very important educational object in that it is special meeting with others, learner's development promotion, high thought ability development, and practical activity etc. There are making point of view, selecting materials, configurating plot in strategy of critical-biography writing. And then, This article asserted practical hierarchial method : documentary biography → recreative biography → critical biography → fictionalized biography → biographical fiction. Method of travel, recollection, dialogue, interview etc will be also contribute to development of critical-biography(biography) writing competence.
