A Critical Research Qualification Test for Appointment of Middle School Teacher(QTAT)

Abstract
In this paper, I proposed to examine some problems and alternative about Qualification Test for Appointment of Middle School Teacher(QTAT). Because QTAT takes in brevity, it can not test all qualitys that teacher of Korean teacher to be equipped. There are the thing which can measure and thing which can not measure by test. There is nothing which can measure some test chart of individual's creativity. Because individual's creativity is relative that is initiative and changes according to circumstance. This examination is evaluated that does not have suitable function of selecting teacher of Korean who have excellent quality. Recently, it is advanced to various different view about QTAT. The authorities speaks that it is to serve that this examination enlists creative teacher of Korean. However, the test for measuring creativity is hard that is verified the validity and trustability. QTAT must become test that verify minimum quality that must possess as teacher of Korean. For example, this test must measure knowledge or understanding about electrician, educational application ability etc.. This is the method that heighten believability and validity and fairness about examination. It will have to observe development of a tool that measure basic knowledge and understanding about literary works now for this reason. 【key words】 Qualification Test for Appointment of Middle School Teacher(QTAT), Teacher of Korean, reliability, validity, development of a tool
