A function of Google Docs form is an effective instrument for diagnostic test of grammar. If teacher use a diagnostic test of grammar was made through Google Docs form, student could finish a test using smart devices. Teacher could check immediately and exactly the result of test. So teacher could understanding easily an attribute of their student. Actually, This study carry a diagnostic test of grammar for smart device into effect in classroom. A awareness of student is mainly positive. “like a target education”, “I have a feeling a participation in lesson”, “It is bizarre.”, “It is interesting”. This can make a participation in lesson as well as a positve awareness of student.
