Abstract
Woo, Shin Young This study aims to analyze aspects of Pre-service teacher's perception about literature education and ethics. Meanwhile many academic discussions about relation of literature education and ethics. However that discussions cannot provide a practical suggestion for pre-service teacher. In order to solve this problem, this study explores pre-service teacher's text about the relation of literature education and ethics after reading . As a result, I determine that pre-service teacher's perception category about literature education and ethics consists of protective perspective, eclectic perspective, instrumental perspective, independent perspective. That category emerge from texts that analyzed qualitatively. On this course, I refer to the Ernest's categorization about belief system of teacher. And I explore aspects of pre-service teacher's perception microscopically according to each viewpoint. This study determine the importance of pre-service teacher's subject matter perspective and self-knowledge. And this study have a specialty because it explore pre-service teacher's voices through qualitative content analysis.
