Abstract
Choi Meesook The Korean language education curriculum at teacher collegesis being standardized. There is also a tendency to develop Korean language education curricula that are characteristic of universities. However, significant differences in curriculum, evaluation, and teaching and learning related subjects among universities exist. In order to improve this, it is necessary to restructure basic subjects, expand major courses, develop curricular subjects, curricula and evaluations, and major courses in subjects related to teaching and learning, and establish Korean language literacy subjects. In order to improve the Korean language proficiency test, assessing the teaching profession needs to be improved, deviating from evaluation of simple knowledge to performance of Korean language education, and assessing teaching ability employing various teaching and learning methods.
