Abstract
Lee Sam-hyeong · Kil Hohyun · Lee Jeesun This study aims to suggest a way to utilize justification as a method of university literacy education to develop rational communication capabilities. To this end, six public deliberation reports were selected as research subjects. As a result of the analysis, in the process of public deliberation, information sharing and learning, fairness, and cooperative communication orientation appeared as a procedural rationality mechanism. Furthermore, as a social praxis mechanism, the power of practical problem solving and consensus formation was found. In this study, a university literacy education program using this justification mechanism was proposed.
