This essay deals with the Korean examination for services and the media undergone by administrative branches, the media(broadcast stations and newspaper companies) and the Samsung company. The questions have several problems including the range of possible questions, the patterns of questions and the quoted texts. The Korean examination for services should assist service providers to match their services to the needs of the community. However, until now, the Korean examination for services and the media has not met this goal. The questions undergone by administrative branches should test the Korean ability for presentation one's opinions and comprehension all the text which is relevant to public services.
