After Independence, Consciousness of ‘Korean’ and Process of the Curriculum-Building in Korean education

Abstract
This paper aims to inquire, after independence, consciousness of ‘Hangul’ and process of the curriculum-building in Korean education. After the restoration of independence, we began to recognize ‘what we are, what we our own have’. So it influence that we make curriculum of Korean language education and korean text-book. We introduce western culture and curriculum-theory into this country. it was the effects of progressive education on Korean Educational Policy. At the times, ‘Korean-education’ curriculum is not well reflected on ‘Korean text-book’, but its subject matter and theme are modern and systematic.
