Abstract
Evaluate policies to achieve educational goals in the country about the proposed rating action can be defined as a guideline. Evaluate policies of Korean language evaluation in elementary school is the law of education, national state-level curriculum and Science and Technology has been instructed. Evaluate policies of Korean language evaluation in elementary can be divided into performance assessment and paper-based assessment. Evaluate the performance of elementary school, the unit's discretion and should respect the autonomy. Teachers must observe the learner performs learning tasks of the process and results. However, the task of a teacher in the classroom pressure, pressure increase student learning, increased parental responsibility, education, communication among members, and has brought problems. Evaluate the paper-based of elementary school, assessment will be held at the school in guide of KICE. Analysis of evaluation results clearly shows that simple but The reliability as sampling and scoring is difficult. And new types questions are not achieve purpose of evaluation. To complement this, the development and characteristics of elementary school students for evaluation should be done. And we can easily use in elementary school who need to create a scorecard. The report form should be developed to evaluate the results of performance assessment and paper-based evaluation. And evaluate the subject's expertise is needed to secure the kidneys and trust.
