Study on Grammar Education of Elementary Textbook between Korea and France

Abstract
This article analyzed the French textbook and curriculum with the purpose of further diversifying and developing the Korean grammar curriculum and elementary textbooks. It focuses on the view of grammar of textbook systems and unit composing systems. Therefore the result of this article provides Korean education with some important implications:(1) To reconsider the new construction of textbook. It has two kinds of external structure in new Korean textbook:the one is Korean, the other is living Korean. However, it has no information how to organize and where to arrange grammar education. (2) To reconstruct the grammar unit for new textbook. Actually the grammar education is of little importance in elementary textbook. Therefore it needs to study deep on how to make the integration unit. (3) To reconsider the contents of grammar curriculum. The grammar education in french curriculum has four sub-domains:grammar, orthography, vocabulary, conjugation. Thus, it has been constructed a grammar unit that integrated with four sub-domains. Now, the new elementary textbook is being developed in Korea. It needs more to focus on the grammar education of the elementary textbook while the former textbook didn't do. There has studied deep on the grammar education how to make the contents of textbook and where to make the grammar unit.
