Abstract
This research takes aim at searching for a solution to the goal that it is a very necessary program ,how a teacher lessen the obstacle in learning korean language by foreigner, and how a teacher make the technique for the learner's displaying ability to his mother tongue by himself. The methodological core of this article is establishing the foundation that can transfer the ability to think and express from the environment of mother tongue to the environment of foreign language, korean. The concrete programs in this article is based on the assumption that every man have the capacity of making narrative, and that the property and principle of narrative genre-especially motive-is very universal factor, as it will be a device of lessening the obstacle by cultural difference in learning foreign language. The program of making narrative is planned step by step. The step is symmetrical and sequential. The step is as follows, • introduction of text and awakening experience of learner • acception of basic text • arrangement of narrative paragraph • extraction of elementary factor in narrative paragraph • presentation of elementary factor in target text correspond with basic text • understanding of elementary factor • narrative-paragraphing of elementary factor • completing of text by expanding narrative paragraph • comparison and understanding of target text
