Abstract
The Purpose of this study is to investigate how we can make the good korean language teacher, how we can select the man who have the features of good korean language teachers. The good korean language teachers have three categories of specialization, korean language literacy which a city man must have, competence which korean language teachers must have, and connective specialization which all teachers must have. And we scrutinize that by which features each specialization consist of, how we can educate those features, and how we can evaluate them. In order to conquest the weak point of selecting-and-writing test, we can use education process as testing for selecting process. This method may produce not only validity of selecting test but also appropriateness of teacher education. there are many methods for using education process as testing for selecting process:making reflecting-rate of teacher education score higher up, replacing graduation research paper or graduation test by plan for teaching and real classroom teaching, and replacing third-step-test by the score of classroom-teaching-exercise, introducing preliminary teacher system.
